Indy Honor Flight transports WWII, Korea and Vietnam veterans to see their memorials in Washington, D.C. For free!<\/b> An Honor Flight is a one-day trip of a lifetime to honor and thank our wartime service men and women with a no-cost trip to Washington, D.C. to visit the memorials built in the Veteran\u2019s honor. Each flight carries 89 veterans and the flights depart Saturday morning and fly out to Washington D.C. and return later that same evening.<\/p>\n
Indy Honor Flight is a non-profit organization created solely to honor Indiana\u2019s veterans for their service and sacrifice. Top priority is given to the oldest veterans. Our goal is to get the most senior veterans to visit the memorials built for them before it is too late. We also give priority to terminally ill veterans.<\/p>\n
